Abstract:
The “Forest Healthcare+” model has rapidly emerged as a key driver in the development of forest-based economies against the backdrop of the national push for comprehensive rural revitalization. This innovative approach not only presents new opportunities for the traditional forestry industry but also offers a sustainable development pathway for the rural revitalization strategy. The integration of “Forest Healthcare + Traditional Chinese Medicine Wellness +Ecotourism” is analyzed in this article, highlighting its intrinsic logic and development elements.Strategic recommendations proposed for the “Forest Healthcare+” model include establishing a coordinated development alliance for supporting industries, developing personalized health and wellness customized services, systematically designing industrial integration functional areas, and implementing an ecological tourism certification system. These recommendations aim to provide both theoretical insights and practical guidance for the integrated development of forest-based industries and the rejuvenation of rural economies.

Abstract:
With the panel data of China's major administrative divisions from 2012 to 2022, we analyzed the influence mechanism of food security improvement on agricultural economic resilience from the perspective of new agricultural quality productivity through the intermediary model, and used the threshold effect model for further analysis. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) The improvement of food security level from the perspective of new agricultural quality productivity can enhance the resilience of agricultural economy through the optimization of agricultural industrial structure, and the process is linearly affected. (2) As a moderating variable, the expenditure of agricultural science and technology activities plays a promoting role in the impact of new agricultural productivity on the optimization of industrial structure, and has a restraining effect on the impact of industrial structure optimization on the resilience of agricultural economy. (3) In the process of adjusting the improvement of food security level from the perspective of new agricultural productivity and promoting the resilience of agricultural economy, the expenditure of agricultural science and technology activities still has a significant positive moderating effect, although there is a double threshold effect.

Abstract:
Taking the tourists of forest recreation tourism in Fuzhou City as the research object, from the TPB theory, by using structural equation modeling and introducing two variables of health beliefs and the degree of access, we investigated the information on recreation tourism, the influencing factors and the mechanism of action of tourists' behavioral intention to experience forest recreation tourism. The results show that: (1) behavioral attitudes, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, and the degree of access to forest recreation tourism information have a significant positive influences on tourists' behavior; (2) subjective norms and the degree of access to forest recreation tourism information can significantly influence the behavioral attitudes of forest recreation tourists; (3) perceived behavioral control is the most important factor in the tourists' choices of forest recreation tourism; and (4) forest recreation tourists' behavioral attitudes play a partial mediating effect in the transformation of subjective norms and the degree of forest recreation tourism information acquisition to forest recreation tourism behavioral intention. Accordingly, it was proposed to enrich the publicity of forest recreation tourism and improve the degree of information acquisition by tourists, and by cooperating with the government and enterprises to enrich the new forms of recuperation tourism, the other countermeasures in enriching new forms of health tourism were suggested.

Abstract:
Enhancing the rural living environment is an important part of further promoting rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction, as well as an important focus to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas. However, the rural living environment in Jiangsu Province is still facing problems such as backward agricultural production methods, imperfect digital infrastructure construction, insufficient education and medical resources, poor digital application, and difficult environmental monitoring. In response to these issues, this paper advocates for a strategic approach that includes the development of smart agriculture, an intelligent water management system, digital communities, and the integration of digital technologies into education and healthcare services. These initiatives aim to harness the power of digitalization to empower rural communities and elevate the quality of rural settlements, thereby fostering a more sustainable and prosperous rural landscape in Jiangsu Province.

Abstract:
From the perspective of “ resource curse”, this paper studies the development status of state-owned forest industry in northeast China, analyzes the process and current situation of stateowned forest industry transformation as well as its realistic difficulties and causes, and puts forward countermeasures for the new wood forest product industry and non-wood forest product industry in order to better solve the difficulties and constraints faced by state-owned forest industry transformation. The industrial transformation of state-owned forest areas in northeast China is mainly faced with the difficulties of insufficient funds for conversion projects, restricting the process of transformation and development, poor quality of labor force, difficult to form economies of scale in independent operation, imperfect social management system after reform, and unstraightening of operation and management mechanism. These difficulties are mainly caused by “Dutch disease”, “crowding out” effect of natural resources and restrictions of property rights system. From the theory of industrial structure optimization and the perspective of wood forest product industry and non-wood forest product industry, the path of industrial extension, industrial substitution, industrial elimination, industrial restructuring and industrial integration is proposed to promote the industrial transformation of state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang Province. It should to promote the rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Heilongjiang stateowned forest area and crack the “resource curse” in order to enhance the economic transformation and development of Heilongjiang state-owned forest area and stimulate the economic growth vitality of forest area.
