By analyzing the needs and feedback of tourists, we proposes strategies for optimizing the existing tourism services and management systems, including improving cross-border transportation convenience and tourism information services, strengthening cultural tourism experience and cooperation between cities. This study aims to promote the high-quality development of free travel in the Greater Bay Area and provide theoretical support and practical countermeasures for the sustainable growth of regional tourism.
