Optimization of Efficient Utilization Pathways of Guangxi Forest Resourcesin the Perspective of the Empowerment of Official Think Tanks

The efficient utilization of forest resources is an urgent task in promoting the high-quality development of forestry in Guangxi. Based on the summary of think tank achievements, it is known that think tanks have played a certain role in empowering Guangxi's forestry policy research, scientific and technological innovation, and talent training. At present, the scarcity of forestry majors in colleges, difficulties in industrial structure adjustment, insufficient capacity for scientific and technological innovation, and the rigidity of think tank systems and mechanisms are constraining the official think tanks from empowering the efficient use of Guangxi's forest resources. In response, optimization paths such as improving the forestry education structure system, enhancing the ability to adjust industrial structures, strengthening the level of scientific and technological innovation, and optimizing think tank systems and mechanisms have been proposed. These are expected to effectively open up the transformation channel between “lucid waters and lush mountains” and “golden and silver mountains” in Guangxi's forestry, promote a virtuous cycle of ecology and economy, high-quality development of forestry, and achieve the goal of Guangxi becoming a strong province in forestry.
