Reflection on the Role of Forest Towns in Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy

Forest towns are conducive to promoting the upgrading and transformation of rural industries,promoting local farmers’ income,changing traditional rural life and rural governance,and they are also the important paths to achieve new urbanization,urban-rural integration,agricultural modernization and rural comprehensive revitalization.At present,the construction and development of forest towns are confronted with problems and difficulties such as insufficient coordination among government departments,prominent contradiction in land supply,insufficient market enthusiasm,lagging infrastructure construction,lack of professional operation personnel.It’s proposed that the government should strengthen its inter-departmental interaction,strengthen the protection of land elements,expand foreign investment and publicity,increase financial support,strengthen the construction of talented personnel and give priority to pilot projects to accelerate the construction of the forest town.
