Research on Career Adaptability of Students of Agricultural and Forestry University from the Perspective of Perceived Social Support——Based on the Empirical Study of Five Colleges

Agriculture and forestry college students bear the important mission of strengthening agriculture and supporting the construction of ecological civilization in China.Based on the empirical investigation of 1 953 students in five agricultural and forestry universities,this paper discussed the career adaptability of college students and its relationship with perceived social support.The results showed that the overall adaptability of college students was good.Gender,grade,student cadre experience and other demographic variables had significant differences in students’ career adaptability;Teachers,classmates,friends,family support and other variables had a significant predictive effect on the career adaptability of college students.Therefore,it’s suggested to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,to provide a good external employment environment,to provide a variety of career experience opportunities,and to create a good support environment.
