Development of Biological Industry in Cold Land inXing’ anling Area: Advantages,Problems and Countermeasures

Under the background of completely stopping the commercial logging of natural forest resources,the industrial structure of Greater Xing’anling area needs to be adjusted urgently,and the biological industry in cold land has become the key to regional industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on the perspective of cold and cool economic development,this paper expounded the advantages of developing coldland biological industry in the Greater Xing’anling area and the current practice status of the industry according to relevant statistical data and research data. And it also analyzed the problems of industrial financing difficulties,weak brand competitiveness,narrow sales channels,and relatively backward science and technology. Finally it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the exploration and practice of new paths of economic transformation in the Greater Xing’anling area and to realize the latecomer advantage supported by climate resources.
