Abstract
With the end of agricultural collectivization and the advancement of urbanization, the value and production capacity of villages are gradually dissolved, the rural community presents a discrete trend, villages or some villages lose their autonomy, and villages fall into the dilemma of discreteness and atomization, which causes a series of social problems affecting the realization of rural revitalization. Village value production capacity is the endogenous driving force of village development, which can recreate the village community and restore the autonomy of traditional villages. Therefore,by taking village Z in Shandong Province as an example, this paper built a village value production capacity through material income capacity and cultural construction ability, which could meet the value needs of villagers and being a necessary condition for rebuilding the village community. Besides,it showed the village autonomy through extensive participation of villagers, improvement of independent development ability, effective village public opinion, and prosperous cultural life.
