Research on Tourism Perception of Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden Based on Network Text and IPA Model Analysis

Based on the comments of tourists in Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden on tourism websites such as Tongcheng, Meituan, and Qunar from 2020 to 2023, this paper used ROST CM6 software to analyze high-frequency words, to draw semantic network diagrams, and to conduct sentiment analysis. At the same time, it also used the IPA model to evaluate the tourism experience perception of Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden. The results showed that tourists were generally positive, and the score of structural elements in IPA analysis was high, indicating that tourist satisfaction was high, but the degree of importance was low, indicating that tourist expectations for most elements were not high. Based on the research conclusions, it put forward some corresponding suggestions on the vegetation conditions, infrastructure, service level and popular science research conditions of Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden.
