Research on the Core Competitiveness of Flower Industry in Shandong Province Based on Diamond Model

Based on the development data of the flower industry in Shandong Province from 2017 to 2021,it used the diamond model to analyze the core competitiveness of the industry.The results showed that the development of flower industry in Shandong Province had the competitive advantages of strong domestic demand,superior infrastructure and good industrial foundation,but it also faced problems such as insufficient professional talents,high dependence of seedlings on foreign countries,and unreasonable industrial structure.It’s proposed that the development of the flower industry in Shandong Province should increase the output value per unit area,adjust the structure of the flower industry,cultivate leading flower enterprises,and strengthen the countermeasures driven by science and technology.
