Evaluation and Research on Agricultural Supply-side Structural Reform

It is the primacy of Jiangsu province’s agriculture development that promoting agriculture supply-side structural reform and constructing modern agriculture industry with Jiangsu features. According to structural characteristics of agriculture supply-side and from the perspective of economy benefit,society benefit,ecology benefit and supply chain benefit,this paper build a indicator evaluation system which consisted of 4 first level indicators,10 second level indicators and 26 third level indicators,to assess agriculture supply-side structural reform of Jiangsu province. Further,it took Shandong province as a contrast to analyze the current situation and problems of Jiangsu province’s agriculture supply-side . Finally,it proposed relative suggestions for the development of supply-chain side structural reform in Jiangsu province.
