Selection of Agricultural Product Quality Improvement Paths and Evaluation of Policy Effects——Taking Rice Products as An Example

Residents’ rice consumption has gradually changed from quantity demand to quality demand. In order to explore the effective paths of rice quality improvement and the effect of policy support,this paper firstly analyzed the current situation and problems of rice quality in China,and combed the two major driving forces for rice quality improvement,agricultural technology progress and agricultural operation standardization. Secondly,it constructed an evaluation system for agricultural product quality policy and evaluated the policy effect of rice quality improvement by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP. The policy evaluation results showed that the implementation performance of China's current agricultural promotion policy was at a general level,and the improvement path of rice quality could focus on product production and market security,such as promoting the transformation of agricultural operation mode in scale and standardization,building a rice brand,developing rural e-commerce,etc. in order to promote the market price formation mechanism of high quality and good price.
