Research on the Construction of National Reserve Forest Based on the Integrated Development of Forestry Industry——Taking Longyang District as An Example

At present, the construction of national forest reserve is in the stage of alleviating the contradiction between wood supply and demand, realizing the conversion of carbon sink value, and integrating the development of innovative industries.With analyzing the construction trend of national forest reserve and combining the case of Longyang District of Yunnan Province, this paper proposed the development models of “forest reserve + biomass carbon industry”, “forest reserve + environment-friendly container floor industry”, and “forest reserve + forestry carbon sink”, which could effectively broaden the project income channels, raise the price of forest products and boost the development of forestry industry.The construction of national forest reserve based on the integrated development of forestry industry could better revitalize forest resources, enhance regional carbon sink reserves, promote the realization of regional ecological product value, and help local governments realize the strategy of rural revitalization.
