Research on the Development of Heilongjiang Forestry Carbon Sink Market Under the Background of Carbon Neutralization

Heilongjiang Province is aggressively looking into the growth of the forestry carbon sequestration sector in order to aid in the establishment of a national ecological civilization.This paper studied the development state of the Heilongjiang Forestry Carbon Sequestration Market from both internal and external sources by using PEST-SWOT model.It found that Heilongjiang had excellent forest natural resources,ample reserve funds,international technical cooperation.However,there were still drawbacks and difficulties in the form of an imperfect system,challenges with project financing,low popularity,and a dearth of scientific and technological innovation and technology.In order to promote the further development of Heilongjiang forestry carbon sequestration market,it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Heilongjiang forestry carbon sequestration market from the aspects of policy,economy,social natural environment and technology.
