Study on the training effect evaluation of New Professional Farmers in Fujian——Analysis of Factor-ISM Model Based on Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Model

In the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and follow-up of the training process to do a good job of talent revitalization in the five major revitalization and improve the training effect of New Professional Farmers.Based on the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model, the training effect evaluation model was constructed by taking the goal as the guidance and fully considering the situation, and 516 Fujian New Professional Farmers who have graduated for more than half a year were investigated by questionnaire and interview, and the survey results were analyzed by Factor analysis and ISM model.The empirical results show that the training of new-type professional farmers needs to consider various factors, continue to expand the scale of training, set up training courses according to local conditions, not only focus on training trainees, but also send training to the countryside, and the core issue of the training of new-type professional farmers is to increase farmers' income.
