Abstract:
As an important ecological functional unit of the state, state-owned forest farms have long faced structural contradictions such as single economic benefits and insufficient development momentum. With the deepening of ecological civilization construction, organically integrating forestry resources with the tourism industry has become an important path to promote the economic transformation of state-owned forest farms. Taking the Luyou Mountain Scenic Area of Nanning Arboretum in Guangxi as a case study, this paper systematically reviews the connotation and functional mechanism of forest-tourism integration, analyzes the resource endowment, development accumulation, and current constraints of the scenic area, and on this basis, constructs a strategy system for deep integration of forest and tourism in state-owned forest farms from three dimensions: ecological value transformation, differentiated product development, and collaborative governance among multiple stakeholders. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the economic transformation of similar state-owned forest farms.
