新发展阶段科研单位人才队伍建设对策研究——以A科研院为例

Research on Countermeasures of Talent Team Construction in Scientific Research Units in New Development Stage——Taking a Scientific Research Institute as an Example

  • 摘要: 以A科研院为例,探讨了科研单位人才队伍建设中存在的高层次人才断层、人才结构性短缺、干部队伍固化、人才制度不畅等问题。分析当前科研单位面临的发展机遇和形势,提出了创新人才发展机制体制、优化人才队伍结构、完善人才培养工作体系等对策措施,为提升科研单位人才队伍建设水平提供思路和方法。

     

    Abstract: Taking A scientific research institute as an example,this paper discussed the fault of high-level talents,the structural shortage of talents,the solidification of cadre team,and the poor talents management system.It alos analyzed the opportunities and situations faced by scientific research institute,and it put forward countermeasures such as innovating the talent development mechanism,optimizing the structure of talent team,improving the talent training system,with trying to help to improve the level of talent team construction in scientific research units.
