Abstract:
Taking A scientific research institute as an example,this paper discussed the fault of high-level talents,the structural shortage of talents,the solidification of cadre team,and the poor talents management system.It alos analyzed the opportunities and situations faced by scientific research institute,and it put forward countermeasures such as innovating the talent development mechanism,optimizing the structure of talent team,improving the talent training system,with trying to help to improve the level of talent team construction in scientific research units.
