农林高校森林康养人才培养的路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of Forest Health and Wellness talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges under the Background of the Emerging Agricultural Education

  • 摘要: 立足森林康养产业人才需求,从供给侧采用主成分分析法、调查问卷法分析国内农林类高校森林康养人才培养的现状,提出国内农林类高校森林康养人才培养存在四方面问题:①偏离了人文关怀和“康养”的初衷;②教学培养方案简单化、课程设置安排缺乏综合实践性、行业需求用工匹配度较低、交叉学科培养方式缺乏系统性等掣肘因素;③森林康养专业设置与政府和企业的联系不足,无法确保学生在森林康养的课程教学和培养体系中获得社会资本支持;④森林康养行业就业门槛低与高校人才培养专业度高的对接失衡,导致人才降格使用。基于分析结果,提出了我国农林类高校应通过夯实森林康养学科的建设发展基础、探索森林康养科技与产业融合机制、深耕实用复合型森林康养人才培养三条路径加快构建森林康养人才培养体系。

     

    Abstract: Based on the demand for talents in the forest health and wellness industry,this article used principal component analysis and survey questionnaire methods from the supply side to analyze the current situation of forest health and wellness talent cultivation in domestic agricultural and forestry universities.It pointed out that there were four problems in the cultivation of forest health and wellness talents in domestic agricultural and forestry universities:① deviating from the original intention of humanistic care and “health and wellness”;② simplification of teaching and training plans,lack of comprehensive practicality in curriculum arrangement,low matching of industry demand and employment,and lack of systematic and other constraints in interdisciplinary training methods;③insufficient connection between the establishment of forest health and wellness majors and the government and enterprises,which couldn’t ensure that students receive social capital support in the curriculum teaching and training system of forest health and wellness;④ the imbalance between the low employment threshold in the forest health and wellness industry and the high professional level of talent cultivation in universities,which had led to the degradation of talent utilization.Based on analysis results,this article proposed that domestic agricultural and forestry universities should accelerate the construction of a forest health and wellness talent training system by consolidating the foundation of the construction and development of forest health and wellness disciplines,exploring the integration mechanism of forest health and wellness technology and industry,and deepening the cultivation of practical composite forest health and wellness talents.
