农林高校学生生涯适应力影响因素及提升路径研究——基于五所院校的实证研究

Research on Career Adaptability of Students of Agricultural and Forestry University from the Perspective of Perceived Social Support——Based on the Empirical Study of Five Colleges

  • 摘要: 农林高校学生承担着强国兴农、支撑我国生态文明建设的重要使命。通过对五所农林高校1 953名学生的实证调查,探讨农林院校大学生生涯适应力现状及其与领悟社会支持的关系。研究发现:农林院校大学生生涯适应力总体情况良好;性别、年级、学生干部经历等人口学变量在生涯适应力上具有显著差异;老师、同学、朋友、家庭支持等变量对生涯适应力具有显著影响作用。据此,建议构建和谐的师生关系、提供良好的外部就业环境、提供多种生涯体验机会、营造良好的支持环境。

     

    Abstract: Agriculture and forestry college students bear the important mission of strengthening agriculture and supporting the construction of ecological civilization in China.Based on the empirical investigation of 1 953 students in five agricultural and forestry universities,this paper discussed the career adaptability of college students and its relationship with perceived social support.The results showed that the overall adaptability of college students was good.Gender,grade,student cadre experience and other demographic variables had significant differences in students’ career adaptability;Teachers,classmates,friends,family support and other variables had a significant predictive effect on the career adaptability of college students.Therefore,it’s suggested to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,to provide a good external employment environment,to provide a variety of career experience opportunities,and to create a good support environment.
