区块链技术推动农业产业链优化的路径研究——以江苏省兴化市大闸蟹产业为例

Research on the Path of Blockchain Technology Promoting the Optimization of Agricultural Industry Chain——A Case Study of Hairy Crab Industry in Xinghua City,Jiangsu Province

  • 摘要: 探索区块链技术在农业产业链的有效应用,有助于加快农业农村现代化步伐。以江苏兴化大闸蟹产业为案例,探讨区块链技术推动农业产业链优化的实践路径。研究发现,针对兴化大闸蟹产业链监督管理困难、资金支持短缺、科技指导缺位、品牌附加值提升乏力等现实困难,兴化市紧跟“数字农业”风口和“区块链技术”新浪潮,通过构建“环—链—层”产业链模式、提供产业链数字化农业服务、强化产业链组织主体合作等方式,有效推动了农业产业链优化升级,这一典型探索为研究数字农业助推乡村产业振兴提供了有益借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Exploring the effective application of blockchain technology in agricultural industrial chain will help accelerate the pace of agricultural and rural modernization. Taking the hairy crab industry in Xinghua, Jiangsu Province as a case, this paper discussed the realization path of blockchain technology to promote the optimization of agricultural industrial chain. It is found that in view of the difficulties in supervision and management of Xinghua hairy crab industry chain, lack of financial support, lack of scientific and technological guidance, and weak promotion of brand added value, Xinghua city had followed the new wave of “digital agriculture” and “blockchain technology”, and effectively promoted the optimization and upgrading of agricultural industry chain by building a “ring-chain-layer” industrial chain model, providing digital agricultural services in industrial chain, and strengthening cooperation among industrial chain organizations. This typical exploration provided a reference for the study of digital agriculture to promote the revitalization of rural industries.
