基于网络文本与IPA模型分析的南京中山植物园旅游感知研究

Research on Tourism Perception of Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden Based on Network Text and IPA Model Analysis

  • 摘要: 基于2020—2023年同程、美团、去哪儿等旅游网站中南京中山植物园游客评论,运用ROST CM6软件对其进行高频词分析,绘制语义网络图,并进行情感分析。同时,运用IPA模型对南京中山植物园旅游体验感知进行评价。结果表明,游客整体上呈积极情绪,且IPA分析中结构要素的分值偏高,说明游客的满意度较高,但重要性程度偏低,表明游客对大多数要素的期望值并不高。基于研究结论,对南京中山植物园的植被条件、基础设施、服务水平和科普研学条件方面提出相应建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on the comments of tourists in Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden on tourism websites such as Tongcheng, Meituan, and Qunar from 2020 to 2023, this paper used ROST CM6 software to analyze high-frequency words, to draw semantic network diagrams, and to conduct sentiment analysis. At the same time, it also used the IPA model to evaluate the tourism experience perception of Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden. The results showed that tourists were generally positive, and the score of structural elements in IPA analysis was high, indicating that tourist satisfaction was high, but the degree of importance was low, indicating that tourist expectations for most elements were not high. Based on the research conclusions, it put forward some corresponding suggestions on the vegetation conditions, infrastructure, service level and popular science research conditions of Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden.
