基于钻石模型的山东省花卉产业核心竞争力研究

Research on the Core Competitiveness of Flower Industry in Shandong Province Based on Diamond Model

  • 摘要: 以山东省花卉产业2017—2021年发展数据为依据,利用钻石模型分析产业核心竞争力。结果显示山东省花卉产业的发展具有国内需求旺盛,基础设施优越,产业基础好等竞争优势,但也面临专业人才不足,种苗对外依存度高,产业结构不合理等问题。提出了山东省花卉产业发展必须提高单位面积产值,调整花卉产业结构,培育花卉龙头企业,加强科技驱动的对策建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on the development data of the flower industry in Shandong Province from 2017 to 2021,it used the diamond model to analyze the core competitiveness of the industry.The results showed that the development of flower industry in Shandong Province had the competitive advantages of strong domestic demand,superior infrastructure and good industrial foundation,but it also faced problems such as insufficient professional talents,high dependence of seedlings on foreign countries,and unreasonable industrial structure.It’s proposed that the development of the flower industry in Shandong Province should increase the output value per unit area,adjust the structure of the flower industry,cultivate leading flower enterprises,and strengthen the countermeasures driven by science and technology.
