Discussion on Realization of Forest Ecological Product Value:Key Points,Problems and Promoting Measures

摘要: 基于我国生态产品价值实现推进动态，以及对森林生态产品的概念、属性、价值体现方式的辨析，分析当前我国森林生态产品价值实现面临的主要问题，探讨调查核算、生态保护、平衡供需、市场培育、协同发展等价值实现要点，提出了科学开展产品价值核算、合理制定产业发展规划、着力提高优质产品供给等森林生态产品价值实现促进措施。

Abstract: Based on the advancement dynamic of realization of Chinese ecological product value,as well as the discrimination of concept,attribute and value manifestation way of the forest ecological products,this paper probed into the key points of value realization such as investigation and accounting,ecological protection,balance of supply and demand,market cultivation,coordinated development.It analyzed the main problems faced by the realization of the forest ecological product value in China,and it proposed some promoting measures for the realization of the forest ecological product value.
