REITs——A New Financing Model of Rural Home Stay

  • 摘要: REITs作为一种具有低风险、较稳定收益和良好抗风险能力的金融创新融资工具,已经引起了很多国内外投资者的注意。针对乡村民宿融资瓶颈,根据实际提出将REITs引入乡村民宿的新型运营模式,分析引入乡村民宿REITs后可能带来的问题,对宏观政策提出了健全相应的法律体系,普及金融知识和加强监管机制,完善税收优惠制度的对策建议。

     

    Abstract: As a financial innovation financing tool with low risk,stable income and good anti risk ability,REITs has attracted the attention of many domestic and foreign investors.This paper proposed a new operation mode of introducing REITs into rural home stay according to the financing bottleneck for rural home stay,and it analyzed the possible problems after the introduction of rural home stay REITs.It put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the legal system,popularizing financial knowledge,strengthening the regulatory mechanism and improving the tax preferential system for macro policies.
