Abstract: With the rapid development of the digital economy,data elements have gradually become an important topic in academic and policy discussions.As the most characteristic production factor of the times,data elements have an increasingly obvious multiplier role in improving production efficiency,and have become the best opportunity to promote e-commerce poverty alleviation.The study found that data elements could help modernize government governance capabilities,accelerate the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises,strengthen monitoring and accurate poverty alleviation and return to poverty,and promote the integrated development of rural industries.In the Longnan e-commerce poverty alleviation case,the government,enterprises,farmers and other multiple entities negotiated and cooperated to effectively solve employment problems for poor households,and broke the traditional local economic form,and combined local characteristics according to local conditions,so that e-commerce poverty alleviation had achieved more remarkable results and injected new vitality into rural development.
