Abstract: Country houses are rural industries that have risen in recent years,driving rural development in multiple dimensions and emerging at the economic level of rural revitalization strategy.Taking Liyang City,Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper analyzed the internal advantages,internal disadvantages,external opportunities and external threats of the development status of Liyang country houses through field investigation with the SWOT-AHP analysis model.The research drew the conclusion that the development disadvantages of Liyang country houses were slightly greater than the advantages,and the opportunities were far greater than the threats.Finally it determined the development strategy according to the strategic quadrilateral.
