福建新型职业农民培训效果评估研究——基于柯氏评估模型的因子—ISM模型分析

Study on the training effect evaluation of New Professional Farmers in Fujian——Analysis of Factor-ISM Model Based on Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Model

  • 摘要: 在全面推进乡村振兴的背景下,做好五大振兴中的人才振兴,提升新型职业农民培训效果,需要对培训过程进行全面评估及后续跟踪。基于柯氏评估模型,以目标为导向,在对情景进行充分考量的基础上,构建培训效果评估模型,并针对已毕业半年以上的516位福建新型职业农民进行访谈和问卷调查,运用因子分析和ISM模型对调查结果进行深入分析。实证表明:新型职业农民培训最核心的问题是:农民增收。新型职业农民培训需要考量多方因素、需要继续扩大培训规模、要因地制宜设置培训课程、不仅要集中培训,更要送培训下乡。

     

    Abstract: In the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and follow-up of the training process to do a good job of talent revitalization in the five major revitalization and improve the training effect of New Professional Farmers.Based on the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model, the training effect evaluation model was constructed by taking the goal as the guidance and fully considering the situation, and 516 Fujian New Professional Farmers who have graduated for more than half a year were investigated by questionnaire and interview, and the survey results were analyzed by Factor analysis and ISM model.The empirical results show that the training of new-type professional farmers needs to consider various factors, continue to expand the scale of training, set up training courses according to local conditions, not only focus on training trainees, but also send training to the countryside, and the core issue of the training of new-type professional farmers is to increase farmers' income.
