Abstract: Cities are an important product of the development and progress of human society.The Fourteenth Five Year Plan of China also fully emphasizes the importance and urgency of continuously improving the functions of large and medium-sized cities that are suitable for living and working in the future.This paper focused on the literature review of ecological livable city in key areas such as basic connotation,evaluation system and practice path,and it effectively concluded the profound connotation and characteristics of ecological,livable and industrious cities.It defined the selection of evaluation indicators and the application of evaluation technologies for the construction of ecologically livable and industrious cities in academic circles in recent years,and summarized the practical models and countermeasures for the construction of ecologically livable and industrious cities.Finally,it made a comprehensive review of the relevant research at home and abroad,and looked forward to the key issues and development trends of the construction of eco livable and business friendly cities in the future.
